I can't hold it without my breath moving my arms, unless I'm sitting at a table and that's not very relaxing. I think it's due to the force needed for the sensor to pick up and uncomfortable position you have to hold the Charge 5 in. I had purchased a Sense for a few days before deciding to switch to the Charge 5, and now when I'd do an EDA scan on the Charge 5, my heart rate always increases from the beginning of the scan to the end, something that always lowered when I did the scan on the Sense, and I have so many more responses too.
